Hello! I am an operation analytics undergrad studying and working in Singapore with a passion for story-telling, in whatever form that entails.
I have a budding interest in geopolitics, macro-economics and commodities, and how they affect financial markets, people, and the wider world.
I hope for my work to meld my hobbies (visual storytelling and writing) with my background (data analytics, operations) in a meaningful way. I like to think of it as a form of translation that is necessary in a world bloated with noise.
I am currently at CNBC as a digital news intern, where I research and write about geopolitics, financial markets, commodities and consumer economies. Previously, I did sustainability consulting for a startup, where I gained a brief exposure to carbon markets.
